Are your Mochi Donuts gluten-free?

No. Our Mochi Donuts are handcrafted with a blend of premium rice flour and wheat flour. While they contain less wheat gluten than regular donuts and are often better tolerated by those with mild sensitivities, they are not gluten-free. We do not recommend them for anyone with severe gluten allergies or Celiac disease.

Can I pre-order a dozen?

Yes! We recommend pre-ordering through our online portal to ensure your favorite flavors are available, especially on weekends.

Do you have vegan donuts?

Currently, our donut recipe includes egg and dairy to achieve the perfect texture. We are constantly experimenting with new recipes, so stay tuned!

What makes them 'Mochi'?

Unlike traditional cake or yeast donuts, mochi donuts use glutinous rice flour. This creates a signature 'QQ' texture—chewy on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside.
