We source our loose-leaf teas directly from Taiwan, the birthplace of boba, to ensure every cup carries the complex, floral, and robust notes of traditional brewing.
Our Sourcing Philosophy
We select our teas based on three criteria: Origin, Processing, and Freshness.
- jasmine green tea: Scented with real jasmine flowers for a delicate, fragrant finish.
- Roasted Oolong: A bold, earthy tea with a lingering sweetness.
- Spring Tea: A lightly oxidized Oolong with a fresh, floral aroma and a smooth finish.
- Signature Black Tea: A rich, full-bodied brew that stands up perfectly to milk and brown sugar.
Brewed Small-Batch
To maintain the integrity of the flavor, we brew our tea in small batches, beginning in the morning and throughout the day as needed. This prevents the tea from becoming bitter and ensures that the natural antioxidants and flavors remain vibrant.
